PARTICIPATION FEE

NB! We have a group registration discount for all groups of 3 and more people – all get 5 euros cheaper! So invite all of your friends – double the fun with a cheaper prize!

Early bird 17.01-28.02 35 EUR (Group discount 30 EUR/per person)

Late bird 1.03-31.03  40 EUR (Group discount 35 EUR/per person)

Last minute 1.04-14.04 45 EUR (Group discount 40 EUR/per person)

 

Participation fee includes:

– participation in the four-day conference,

– delegate’s kit and all necessary materials,

– coffee breaks and snacks,

– last night Estonian themed dinner,

– entrance to all the socials and afterpartys.

 

We have on-going basis registration which means that after filling out the form Tartu MUN team member will contact you within 7 days and after receiving conditional offer, you have 14 days to pay the participation fee. 

Participation process includes two steps:

– filling out the registration form,

– team member will contact you via email specifying how to complete your registration.
